Each student’s period, next due date and balance are worked out from the payments you record and your grace days. The dashboard and pending list show who is due soon, part-paid or overdue.

Pause a fully paid period for an injury or travel and the expiry moves automatically. Payments made ahead of time are kept as credit and used on the next renewal.
