How the fee workflow works

Monthly fees and exam fees, kept apart
The monthly class fee renews on its own cycle. Exam registration, books or instrument hire are recorded as one-time charges with their own receipts.
Advance payments become credit
If a parent pays more than the fee due, the extra is kept as credit and used automatically on the next renewal.
Private page for each student
Turn on a private link where a student or parent can see their dues, receipts and next due date, and pay by UPI, without a login.
Late fees only if you want them
After your grace days, add a fixed late fee or a daily one with a cap, or leave late fees off. Feerivo works out the amount for you.
Statements parents can trust
Download a statement of everything a student paid, for any dates, as a PDF. Monthly reports show collections by method and plan.

Ask questions through the Partner Console or contact the team directly. Partner records are separated by business, and spreadsheet exports and full backups let you keep a copy of your records.
