Dance class fee management, from admission to annual day.
For dance academies and teachers in Tamil Nadu: track monthly fees, online payments, costume and exam charges, part payments and receipts without a paper register.
How the fee workflow works
Your team receives the payment and records it. Feerivo brings the balances, receipt details and renewal dates together.
Parents pay online, receipts follow
With your Cashfree account connected, parents pay from the reminder by UPI, card or netbanking. Each confirmed payment is recorded with its receipt, with nothing to check.
Costume, exam and annual-day charges
Record costume, exam, arangetram or annual-day fees as one-time charges with their own receipt numbers, separate from the monthly fee.
Part payments with clear dates
Split a large fee into dated instalments. Reminders follow each date, and the student is not marked overdue while instalments are on time.
Receipts parents trust
Every payment gets a numbered receipt with your academy’s name and an official verification link. Print it or open WhatsApp with the message ready to send.
Bring your existing register
Import students from Excel and past payments from your register so statements and reports are complete from the first day.

- One simple price
₹599 a month, or ₹1,797 a quarter, or ₹7,188 a year, with no limit on students, members or receipts. Ask about a free trial. Your Feerivo subscription is separate from the fees you collect.
- Setup and access
ByteeCraft creates your account, issues your Partner login and helps import your existing records. Feerivo runs in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer, and keeps recording payments if the internet drops.
- Support and data
Ask questions through the Partner Console or contact the team directly. Partner records are separated by business, and spreadsheet exports and full backups let you keep a copy of your records.
